LYRICALLY CHALLENGED’D 6th birthday party!!!!!

Lyrically Challenged started 6 years ago from a conversation in a pub between Carina Wran and MC angel, we started in Shoredith then moved to Passing Clouds who developed this event with massive encouragement and guidence from Eleanor Wilson and Alia Hussian. Lyrically Challenged is a family and has been created with a whole team of artists including DJ Shorty, Tricia Savva, Emma Prior, Sirena Reynolds, Sonority, Ruarai O’briain, Connie Bell and SHAY D who has been running the event with MC Angel for the last 3 years.

It has been such a journey promoting underground hip-hop and spoken word, providing a platform for conscious artists bringing hip hop back to its community vibrations. we have promoted events with Secret garden party, Lyrix Organix, Jazz Cafe, PRS, Street fest, Unsigned Festival, Gay pride, SHOWstudio to name but a few. repping all 5 elements Rap, beatbox, turntables, breakdance and graffiti.
